A Song for Mark

For Rev. Dr. Mark Ulrickson, as he leaves Garden Grove                              

I met a man who was walking down the road,
Going my way.
We fell in step,
Walking for a night and a day.

Along the way we shared some good times.
We laughed and talked.
He helped me grow.
I grew in the Lord as we walked.

And now we come to a fork in the road.
We stop and say,
Go! go with God.
And turn to continue on our way.

But both our paths are heading for the Son,
And so we know.
We'll meet again,
And joyfully down the road we go!
